Tortoise vs. Hare, based on Aesop's classic fable, is the second animated film in the direct-to-DVD Unstable Fables series. The plot focuses on a race between the tortoise and hare, only this time their respective children are involved.
The film will feature the voices of Danny Glover as the tortoise, Jay Leno as the hare, Vivica A. Fox as a female tortoise, Keke Palmer as the tortoise's daughter, and Drake Bell as the hare's son.
A trailer is included on the first Unstable Fables DVD, 3 Pigs and a Baby, and retailers list a scheduled release date of September 9, 2008.
